More than you could ever want to know about Cricket...

I'm a single mom of a 6-year old boy whom is my gift from God. We both are very active at 3 different churchs. We have been blessed in so many ways and we love to share our blessing with other.

My most resent praise is that my son survived a violent attack from a gaurd dog, a boxer, on Nov 13, 2009. He was playing with a 6 year old girlfriend of his and was attacked by this dog. The dog had a hold of his left arm and was throwing him back and forth causing him to get alot of bruising and punture wounds on that arm and large lumps on the front and back of his head. Luckily the girlfriend's father heard him screaming and went to his aid. He had to kick the dog off of him but the dog then bit onto his right arm the dog was not letting go so he began to punch the dog in the face until the dog finally let go. My son and I were air cared to Childrens Hospital because they were in fear that he was going to loose his arm. It did rip 3 muscles but not one nearve or tenden was damaged. The doctors said that was impossible to have done that much damage to the muscles and to have not done any nearve or tenden damage. My response to the doctors was "Nothing is impossible with my God." He has now almost fully recovered. The doctors are all amazed on how well he is doing and again telling me how lucky he is. My response is,"No, he is blessed." Thanks to all who has been praying for him, my words could never express my gratitude to you all!

nati said: I can relate to the attack on your son. When I was around 4-5 I had a Dog attack my face leaving me with over 75 stitches to the face . Your story made me want to cry cause I could just feel his pain :( I am soo thankful he is ok and blessed :)
